Wholesome and Unwholesomes of OBESITY


Wholesome: Intake of light & digestive food,cow's milk in less quantity and water added with honey+ lemon in the morning ,physical exercise,morning walk,physical as well as mental exertion are very useful.

Unwholesome: Avoid the intake of all types of fats and their preparations and heavy as well as sweet thing, sleep after food during day-time, eating patatable things in excessive quantity,and laziness.
